Savannah Lodge Contact Centre
Who we are?
Savannah Lodge is a fully resourced contact centre, providing a safe warm environment for parents and children to come together. The contact centre is situated in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford with good accessible transport links and parking. The centre staff have direct experience of working with children and young people and their families. Staff are qualified to NVQ level overseen by a fully qualified social worker.
The Centre
We have two fully resourced rooms with age appropriate toys ranging from birth to upwards.
- Baby changing area
- High chairs
- Garden space
- Kitchen to prepare bottles and warm food
Supervised Contacts
Supervised contact centre based.
Supervised from arrival and a written report.
Community Contact
Supervised contact within the community at a venue of choice or within the parental home.
Supported Contact
Facilitated by staff and lead person, report not included, we do not provide verbal or written reports about the contact session other than dates and times of attendance unless there is a risk of harm to the child, family member, resident or staff.
Contact Handovers
The centre is used as a “drop off” and “pick up” point and is suitable for parents who do not want to meet.

Nearest car park: Jackson Square Car Park. Park on the lower level and walk through the double doors across the road. We are the ‘Blue Door’ next to the ‘Balloon Shop’.
