Thank you all for the support that I received when I was at the centre I was able to learn some of the real life lessons. I have now received a first letter from my child/ren and they are both doing well. I am doing well and have applied for college, started and have passed the exams.

The reports from the unit were of a very good standard. They kept us updated on issues that arose within the placement. The placement provided a supportive environment to the parent but were also mindful of their responsibility to safeguard the child/ren from any harm.

The cross examination was very challenging but the social worker’s oral evidence was impressive and able to keep the attention of the judge and respond with strong evidence to support her view and recommendations.
